The Association is overseen by a dedicated group of volunteers: a Board of Directors and Officers. These positions are elected annually by the membership during the February Association meeting.

The Board of Directors includes an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) responsible for reviewing proposed changes to properties. They have the authority to approve, suggest modifications, or deny these changes to ensure they comply with our community's standards.

For the day-to-day maintenance of the gates and entry area, the Association contracts with qualified service providers chosen by the Board.


The Board of Directors typically convenes bi-annually (twice a year). However, they can hold special meetings to address critical issues as needed. In the spirit of open communication, all Board meetings are open for attendance by members in good standing.

Meeting Notification:

To ensure informed participation, notice of upcoming Board meetings is distributed through two channels:

  • A physical posting on the designated bulletin board at the front gate.
  • An email notification sent via the Constant Contact distribution list.


Yes, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) oversees any exterior modifications to ensure they comply with community guidelines. To ensure a smooth process, here are the steps to follow:

  • Submit a request for exterior painting, regardless of color change. This helps the ARC maintain a record of all exterior changes.
  • Obtain ARC approval before starting any exterior work. This includes painting, but may also encompass other changes.

15 mph on all community roads inside the entryway gate. Please work with your neighbors to maintain this safe rule and remind visitors and vendors about the 15 mph speed limit. 


  • Preferred Parking: Please use garages and driveways for regular parking.
  • Street Parking: Street parking is allowed during the day, but overnight parking is prohibited.
  • Commercial Vehicles: These vehicles are not permitted to park within the community except for:
    • During approved work activities.
    • Short-term overnight parking with prior permission from the Board for residential maintenance or construction projects.
  • Overnight Parking Requests: For short-term overnight parking needs related to residential maintenance or construction, please contact a Board member for approval.
